Cathy Hunter a qualified Pilates instructor would like to make Mondays at 6pm your happy time with a new pilates class at the community centre on Church Street! Pilates is an exercise discipline which, amongst other benefits, develops core strength to help stabilise your posture. With practise you will be able to increase your flexibility and feel better in your own skin! Pilates is suitable for almost every fitness level so don’t be shy about whether you will fit in… you will 🙂
The classes are scheduled to start on Monday October the 15th at 7pm. Lasting an hour, there will be plenty of time to get into the swing of things with Cathy! Book a 5 week block of lessons for just £30!
