Notice of 2023/24 AGM

In Person at Stanwix Community Centre and via Zoom

Community Centre Buildings, Church Street, Carlisle, CA3 9DJ.

All members and interested parties welcome. This year the meeting is in person at the centre itself.

NOTICE OF MEETING Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Stanwix Community Association (a private charitable company limited by guarantee) will be held by in the centre.

Community Centre Building, Church Street, Stanwix, Carlisle, CA3 9DJ on 22nd May 2024 at 7 pm to consider, and if thought fit, pass Resolutions 1 to 8 inclusive as ordinary resolutions.

Report and Accounts 2020 1. THAT the Company’s financial statements, together with the Directors’ and Independent Reviewer’s for the year ended 31 March 2024 be received.

Contribute a Little Bit to Help Maintain the Community Centre

The Community Centre in Stanwix has been transformed inside and out. Our users are commenting on what a lovely functional community hall we have for this part of Carlisle. As we work to make the centre available for communal activities, we also need to allow for wear and tear.
